We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part or a quality issue with the product.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item received is incorrect or defective.
Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all return or exchange requests.
All clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you received a wrong or defective item, please submit a return or exchange request online within 20 days of the order shipment date.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
$5.00 processing fee will be applied to exchanges.

Returns must be received within 20 days of the shipment date to be eligible for a refund.
If a return is sent without prior approval or after the 20-day period, it will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
